"My name is Izzy Bliss and this is my fifth year working for EEP. I'm from Oklahoma and have lived in Eugene for three years. I received my BS in Psychology from the University of Oklahoma, where I worked for the OU Health Sciences Center Department of Behavioral Pediatrics as a research assistant. I began my teaching career working at community art centers teaching all ages! I also love spending my time backpacking, baking, and making art."
"Hi, I'm Ashton Carow. I've worked for Preschool Promise since 2022. I’m from Forest Grove, where my parents own two restaurants, I have 2 bothers who are older than me. I have a “step daughter”!! I have lived in Eugene for 2 years. I have an Associates Degree and I love music and going to festivals! I enjoy being outdoors. Going camping with my friends is my favorite thing to do in my free time! Going to new restaurants is always great time for me. I am also a cat lady."

"My name is Aime E Alvarado. I've worked with EEP since 2021. I'm part of a family of 7. I am the youngest of 5 siblings. I moved with my family to Eugene Oregon in 2005 at the age of 2 from Anaheim, california.
I love to drink tea and coffee. I like avocados, guavas, honey, the fresh air and the beauty of the outdoors. I enjoy good music, taking naps and most of all, being together with my family. I do my best every day to work hard and always try and never give up. I hope to contribute the best of my work towards doing good things in the world." |
"My name is Sarah White. After traveling and living in several western states, my husband and I decided to make Eugene our home 20 years ago. I have a 19 year old son and a 16 year old daughter.
After many years working as a stay at home mom, I began working for the 4J School District as a substitute Educational Assistant. This work provided me the opportunity to work with all elementary school grades but my primary focus was working with Kindergarten classrooms. In the fall of 2019 I began working for EEP in their Danebo Preschool Promise classroom where it became clear that preschool was the perfect age group for me! In my free time I love taking care of my flower and vegetable gardens, walking my two dogs and watercolor painting." |
